DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Cabin reservations require a 25% deposit at time of booking when booked more than 15 days out

• Remaining balance due 15 days prior to your arrival and will automatically charge the credit card on file.

• Cabins reserved less than 15 days out will require full payment at time of booking

• 50% of the initial deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation with 15 days' or more notice prior to arrival

• 100% of the initial deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation with less than 15 days' notice prior to arrival

• Owner has the right to cancel the reservation if house rules are broken during the rental period without issuing any refund

• We recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy to cover unforeseen circumstances and/or  weather-related interruptions or cancelations (including hurricanes)
