Dave & Chrissy met and lived in Idaho where winters are both grueling and harsh. Sandy beaches, palm trees and year-round warm weather was the stuff daydreams were made of.  So, after a visit to Florida in 2011, they made an immediate decision to move to the Sunshine State and couldn’t throw away the snow shovel fast enough. Goodbye potatoes … and hello palmettos!  After settling in, and calling Florida home, yet another big move was in their future. 

In December of 2021, Dave & Chrissy would embark on the adventure of a lifetime that would land them in Oak Hill Florida owning a fish camp.  With always dreaming of owning waterfront property and being able to fish off their own dock, an income property made their dreams a reality.

Dave & Chrissy both have important roles in the management of the property.  Dave is very knowledgeable and handy when it comes to building or repairing almost anything. Chrissy is known for her planning and organization of all projects big or small.  They are a true dream team for success at all things thrown their way.
